Terms and Conditions

By signing up for our wash club you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Membership is per vehicle and for personal use only.  The pass may be used once per day only on the vehicle it was purchased for and only at our Saginaw location.  The $10 Unlimited promotion is for first month, and new customers only.  Regular rates apply after first month.

Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel. Members may upgrade to a higher wash package and pay the difference at the time of purchase.   Sparkle Buggy Car Wash is not responsible for any and all non-factory items and equipment on my vehicle.

This program is not valid with any other offers or discounts/coupons. Sparkle Buggy Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, or equipment maintenance. Wash Pass time limit will not be extended for such closings.

If you are caught using multiple vehicles or any other misuse of the pass, you will be charged full retail price for every wash that was not used on the primary car. Continued misuse of the pass may result in a $50 misuse fee and/or cancellation of the membership.  Sparkle Buggy Car Wash also reserves the right to suspend car wash privileges at any time.

The membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month for the package selected on the enrollment date. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.

If the card is declined at any time, an alternate card is required to maintain the account and the billing date remains unchanged. Sparkle Buggy Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without notice.  The membership is transferable to a different vehicle, and a $5 fee will be charged each time the membership is transferred.  There will be a $5 replacement fee for lost, stolen or damaged RFID tags.  RFID tag or sticker must be securely attached to the windshield. Any evidence that the tag has been tampered with, means that a new tag will have to be issued at a $5 cost.

As an option you can provide Sparkle Buggy Car Wash with a valid e-mail address or cell phone that allows text messaging.  You agree to receive notifications via e-mail and/or text messages regarding your account or any other communications from Sparkle Buggy Car Wash.  We will not reimburse you for cost associated with receiving text messages or e-mails.  We will never sell or give away your personal information.

Cancellations: To cancel a membership, requests must be made in person by filling out and signing a cancellation form, or online at www.sparklebuggycarwash.com or through your app (no over the phone, voice messages will be accepted).   You must notify Sparkle Buggy Car Wash at last 15 days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month, and no partial refunds or credits will be given.
